The Bloodstrings

Hi guys, here is a band that you will need to listen. They are The Bloodstrings, formed in Aachen, Germany. A four piece: Celina, Patti, Manni, Nick and a nice mix of melodic punk rock with Rockabilly and Psychobilly, with feminism and freedom themes. They have been on tour with The Creepshow and had concerts all over Europe, from Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Poland, Great Britain, Croatia, Slovenia and Luxembourg, Netherlands and of course Germany.

Hit You Hard was their first EP released in 2013 something between horror punk and psychobilly and in 2014 came out their debut LP Coal Black Heart with 13 songs, released in a limited edition of 100 copies as a vinyl and CD. In 2017 at Wolverine Records was released their second material Born Sick and the band appeared at festivals like: Wacken Open Air, Endless Summer Open Air, Manchester Punk Festival or Rebellion Festival, on this album the direction went more into punk rock and melodic hardcore.

2021 brings the new EP A Part on Spam Records with 4 songs, with same personal approach in the themes but as well they went a bit political. Also a lot of videos on YouTube were released and the band is on their road, doing the music that they love. You can heck them out on their Facebook and Spotify.

Patrick Doval Video for “Soulless Machine” feat. Drummer Pete Parada

Hey guys, here is something nice to listen. We have DIY artist Patrick Doval and his new video Soulless Machine featuring the drummer for 14 years in The Offspring, Pete Parada. This is some nice mixing of punk n roll and progressive rock and the video is really amazing taking inspiration from Pink Floyd’s The Wall, Metropolis and George Orwell book 1984. He has released along the time 6 albums and more than 20 music videos. This video tells the story of a women that is taking a chance to break free from the social bondage of her surveillance state, and has some nice effects and animations. His voice was often compared with David Bowie, The Cure;s Robert Smith or The Smiths. Here is the video to watch.
